We recommend eating them immediately upon arrival ;) but if you must wait they stay execellent unto 4 weeks if stored below 72 degrees. You can also freeze them in their own packaging for up to 3 months - best thawed at room temperature before consuming.

Currently all cookies are baked on Monday and will arrive to you between Wednesday or Thursday. As our company grows we will have more frequent baking and shipping.

Ours cookies are very soft and chewy. They are intentionally slightly under baked to make the texture and taste reminiscent of cookie dough. If you are a crispy cookie eater you can place them on a cookie sheet in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
