DISCLAIMER: While all our ingredients are gluten free, the cookies are made in a facility that does process products that contain gluten.  We do make and bake all cookies using our own dedicated gear  but cannot guarentee these are 100% gluten free for those with high gluten sensitivities.
 
While we do use organic ingredients we are not legally allowed to declare this on the packaging until we receive an organic certification
 
Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour,  whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), organic brown sugar, organic sugar, organic refined coconut oil, organic chocolate chips, organic pecans, organic golden flax seeds, vanilla extract, sea salt, baking soda, celtic sea salt.
